The promising future of Dementia

It all comes down to choices. Your lifestyle can have a significant impact on when in your life you are affected by Dementia. Some people say trying to learn new things like music, languages and completing puzzles can help keep your brain active. Also, regular exercise and good food will help keep the condition at bay as it gives the brain the nutrition it needs to feel young.
